Return Policy

At ShineWithJanet.site, we take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Items marked as final sale and earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at janet.jointup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for mailing your item back.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
